Framingham, MA and Tokyo, Japan (May 16, 2007) – Insightix, the developer of stateful IT visibility and network access control solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Rikei Corporation for the distribution of its Insightix Discovery and Insightix NAC solutions in Japan.

Rikei has selected Insightix Discovery and Insightix NAC to include in its portfolio of IT solutions it distributes across all vertical markets. Insightix solutions allow IT professionals to achieve complete visibility of their entire IT infrastructure and control all the devices accessing and operating on their networks.

Insightix Discovery obtains a complete inventory of all network devices, including their location and associated properties, and provides an accurate topology map of the entire network. Insightix NAC ensures that only authorized and compliant devices are allowed to access and operate on the network. Both Insightix Discovery and Insightix NAC are completely agentless and utilize Insightix’s Stateful Network Detection technology, which generates and maintains in a real-time “state” of all devices connected to the network and their associated properties.
